Alright, I kind of saw this coming, but the problems you're trying to explain don't matter. Go play on the server yourself, they set it up so when you join the server you only download one song which is scheduled to play at the end of the round. That way you don't spend too much time downloading stuff by only downloading each song at a time. So it's not as bad as you think. But I guess the answer is still no.

Here, here's an easy solution to avoid the whole 'forced custom sounds' dilemma (although anyone who's gone to the multiplayer tab knows it's not MANDATORY to download the sounds thanks to a little checkbox).

Just turn on alltalk at the end of every round for a while. If micspammers choose to provide music, there ya go.
